If you set a password hint, it will show if you entered the password incorrectly many times.
Also if you made a backup copy of your notes then you can uninstall the app then install it again, open the app, tap on the menu icon in the top left corner and choose 'Restore' to restore your notes from the backup file but you must have made a previous backup copy of your notes.
In your old phone/tablet open the app and tap the menu icon in the top left corner and choose 'Backup'.

If you have the sync option already active on any of your devices, you can open the app on that device and tap on the menu icon in the top left corner and choose 'Synchronization' then tap on the icon in the upper right corner and from the menu select 'Disable Synchronization' and then reactivate the synchronization again from the same screen and the app will show you the sync password that you used.
